My Glossy Pink Fantasy

Street art 66 cm x 66 cm

My glossy pink fantasy is a street-art series composed of brightly coloured vinyls placed across a range of urban locations. Building on the visual language developed in my Modern Art Oxford show Signs, Symbols, Sounds, the work reimagines and ultimately collapses familiar road signs into abstract forms.

The piece plays with materiality and context: the glossy vinyls introduce an artificial, hyper-consumer aesthetic into the everyday city landscape
